I offer a range of private Reformer Pilates sessions tailored entirely to you. Together, we’ll establish your short- and long-term goals and design sessions that support your needs, preferences and daily demands.
My sessions are focused, effective and enjoyable - ensuring you feel challenged, supported and confident that you’re getting exactly what you want and need from your Pilates practice.

You’ll benefit from a fully bespoke training programme designed to help you progress and master movements at a pace that suits you.Sessions can be tailored to your needs—whether you’re training for a specific event (HYROX, triathlon, marathon etc.), focusing on a particular area of the body (shoulders, hips etc.), or working with a specific condition such as pre/postnatal support or osteoporosis.
